Advice

Business and formal education is so important but learning about people is equally as important. I have been able to share such an experience with so many people and learn so much about the world at the many stores that I have worked for. I have seen people from all qalks of life and getting to know them has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life. Pay attention to that, that's my advice.

What I liked

My team is wonderful, and I felt supported through my training by my supervisors. The company provides amazing resources and benefits for partners, i.e. the reason I continued to pursue my education through ASU. :)

What I wish was different

I wish I had my second cup (essentially an orientation that goes over company benefits and how to use them) earlier.

Advice

Retail jobs are difficult and can seem daunting, but in this job I find myself meeting new people, developing new skills, and being offered fantastic resources that have changed my life for the better.
