Volkswagen Group of America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, and composed of the Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini and Volkswagen brands, as well as the related financial services of VW Credit, Inc.

The Graduate Program offers recent graduates of Bachelor's and Master's programs to join the company in a two-year rotational capacity. Candidates will rotate through several departments during the 24 months, and be exposed to the automotive industry at an entry level. Graduates have various opportunities for travel, networking, and developmental training, which puts them at a greater advantage of finding full-time placement.

“I learned so much about production and international business. I loved the work culture and my coworkers, also I enjoyed their insights and advice they'd give to me. I received a good amount of projects to work on during my internship, part of which was because I'd ask, and the other reason being my manager was great. There is a big sense of camaraderie between the interns because you'll all have to take a 3 (or so) day general training, and during which you learn a ton of relevant information and also create relationships that last beyond your internship. Overall, my experience was excellent and I'd recommend to anyone interested in business. ”
