What I liked
I loved being the only intern in my department. Working on tasks with others in my office and attending meetings with various marketing teams made me feel totally immersed in the corporate world. On the other hand, the internship held weekly trainings solely for interns taught by company leaders so we were all able to get to know one another very well through this.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have taken the chance to shadow managers in various positions and maybe even a different department from marketing when I was presented with the opportunity.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Internships are a period to learn and to grow in the corporate world. You aren't expected and are definitely not supposed to know everything and that's okay.

To always take notes in training as this job can be tricky at time while investigating and to always think outside the box because there are many interesting clues to look for.
