The work culture and the people here are great! Everyone is friendly and helpful should you ask for any help. They're very understanding with school schedule conflicts and try to work around midterms/finals and the like. They have many smart people here and I usually go home from work stressfree and happy from a positive work environment.
What I wish was different
I wish interns are given more opportunities to design.
Advice
Be friendly and talk to everyone in the office! The office isn't that big and it makes such a big difference when you have a positive relationship with others in the office.
