ABA Behavior Technician

ABA Behavior Technicians (Part-Time up to 19 hour schedules available) – Applied Behavior Analysis program with great training opportunities

The Position: We are looking for part-time ABA Behavior Technicians in Campbell!

Responsibilities:
·        Provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment (including positive behavior supports and intervention strategies) to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or other behavioral health diagnoses and their caregivers.
·        Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and implements clinical treatment and behavior support plans.
·        Works with individuals and/or caregivers in a variety of settings including homes, community, and other environments.
 
This is a Career Ladder Position:

ABA Associate Behavior Technician (Entry Level):

Requirements:
·        High school diploma or GED.
·        One year related experience preferred.

Salary Range: $17.75 - $ 24.76
Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with internal equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices.

ABA Behavior Technician

Requirements:
·        Bachelors required.
·        One (1) years of experience working with children with ASD and their families or equivalent combination of education and experience in the human services field required.

Salary Range: $20.33 - $ 28.46
Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with internal equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices.
